Machine description:

This machine can be used to produce different sizes of C or Z shape purlin after roller adjustment and cutting blade replacing. It mainly consists of uncoiler and its base, coil sheet guiding& adjusting device, roll forming system, hole punching equipment, hydraulic cutting system, PLC controller, hydraulic station and run out table.

Option: hydraulic uncoiler and safety shield

Coil load—uncoiling—sheet guiding& adjustment—roll forming—hole punching—post-cutting—run out table
